Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites & Spa

The staff were very friendly and helpful. All of them. The whole place was always spotlessly clean . The spa was good and at least whilst we were there (June), very quiet. The food in the restaurant was very good quality with a good range for all tastes. Never a problem getting a sunbed by the pool. Nice peaceful location at the end of the beach. We had a junior suite which was plenty big enough, and the aircon was always a welcome feeling at the end of the day.

The personnel (receptionists, concierges, waiters) were exceptionally nice. They helped me with everything - which was especially valuable, because I was travelling alone with my 2.5 year old daughter. My daughter and I also loved the breakfast buffet, and the room/suite with rooftop terrasse and jacuzzi was incredible. The most important thing is that I felt very welcomed travelling with a young (and loud and playful) kid, which is not a given.

Very nice hotel in perfect location in Santa Eularia, great pool, great facilities and amazing breakfast, they also gave us sea view room even though we booked garden view, really appreciate the gesture!

Breakfast buffet was what you’d expect, plenty of choice, but average quality. The room (junior suite) was large and comfortable. For a 5* hotel we would have expected water in the room, and tea/coffee making facilities. Shower gel/ shampoo are attached to the wall in the shower, very difficult to operate with one hand. Very slippery shower tray. No hand soap provided by the wash basins. The swimming pool was large and a perfect temperature. Plenty of sunbeds and towels.
